Explore the grounds
Take a tranquil walk among the blooming bougainvillea and lavender along a 120 year old 10-foot stone wall, or meander the various historic outbuildings along connected deck pathways that surround the main house. Hellam House is situated on a two-thirds acre lot, with Sequoia redwood trees providing shade from the late afternoon sun on the upper slope. The lower east end features a canopy of oak trees, with views of The Perry House on Van Buren Street and the Monterey Bay beyond.
